Founder

Matiur Rahman was born on August 29, 1927 in Dhamti, Comilla. He graduated  from Dhaka University in 1952.  He began his carrier as the  Proprietor of M. Rahman & Co in 1956. His firm was appointed as the  Distributor for  GM / Detroit Diesel Corporation  for Bangladesh  in 1972.

He was well connected with various commercial & social organization & had rendered untiring social services to the needy people of all walks of life.

Matiur  Rahman, a man of rare caliber and an undaunted entrepreneur breathed his last at King’s College Hospital, London on 19^th March 1984. He will be remembered by the people he came across for his courteous and endearing manners, his integrity,  fortitude in adversity and resilience.
